It's way too hot, so with the visit of our friend from Oregon and her boyfriend from Boston, we went up the tram for some cooler weather and a more comfortable hike.

    How funny...Kathleen, neighbors just got back from hiking La Luz Trail. Yeah, 69F there at 1 PM beats 98F at our house 1 hour later!

    Very nice. I spent the day digging up cottonwood roots in my backyard.
