missing peaky

This vase was set up when I was given a betta fish as a gift. He was a beautiful cobalt blue fish who seemed to recognize people and their association with the appearance of food. He would wiggle in greeting. After a couple of months, the Spathiphyllum that grew in the top filled the vase with roots and there was little room for Peaky to swim. It was removed and potted, replaced with this Cryptocoryne (the species of which I can't remember). After about four years, Peacock moved on to that perfect pond in the sky. The Cryptocoryne remains, as I haven't had the heart to throw it out. It looks lonely.
