It's that time of year where the Euphorbia characias ssp. wulfenii is in the swan-neck phase. It is so cute that I like the swan-neck phase almost more than the blooms.
Interesting shot of your Euphorbia. I just noticed in passing in my garden that I have one that looks like it is about to bloom. Gotta trek outside the fence tomorrow to check it out. Any blooms this time of year are worth a look!
